  • This role is based in Boston and you will be working on-site two days each week
YOUR OBJECTIVE: You support the Sourcing, Product, and Planning teams by maintaining all seasonal vendor pricing and other critical cost/margin components within LIG systems to ensure that all offerings meet the company's target margin requirements. You participate in developing the product line from concept through production by collaborating with the product managers and designers to achieve seasonal initiatives. You support multiple product categories and assist in other areas as needed.
YOUR JOB
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • You assist with the creation and publishing of the Vendor Scorecard
  • You set up and maintain accurate seasonal HTS/duty codes and freight tables within Centric PLM system
  • You may travel (~-5-10%) to US or overseas production sites
  • You create and maintain complete and accurate seasonal lead-time chart
  • You request, track, and file all product COCs each season
  • You create seasonal margin analysis reports and work with the Product team to identify and resolve low-margin style issues
  • You collect, verify, and maintain accurate vendor pricing, MOQ, and lead time details within Centric PLM system
  • You assist with other Sourcing-related projects as needed
Requirements
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • You are comfortable and successful working a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office)
  • You are skilled at using Microsoft Office applications and are especially proficient within Excel using Pivot Tables, VLookups, and other spreadsheet functionality
  • You write and speak clearly, simply, and succinctly
  • You have relevant education and experience gained working for or with Sourcing, Product, Production, or Planning teams
  • You have experience with and are comfortable communicating with external domestic and global partners
  • You have been successful working both independently and as part of a team of dynamic creative professionals
