Basic knowledge of computer (mostly printing sheets)

Machine Operator will be required to follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions related to casting operation

Assemble and disassemble cutter heads, changeover of equipment for the different alloys

Assist in startup and shutdown of machining operation

2 Year Industrial Maintenance Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in Industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.

Respond to line down calls as priority dictates.

Investigate all issues and determine root cause of failure.

Perform periodic replacements as needed.

Report findings to Engineering when necessary.

Provide detailed pass downs to the oncoming shift.
