Job Description

We're onboarding new clients *all the time*, and we're looking for a rockstar to help us get those clients in the door accurately and on-time. If you have experience with project management, training, and/or support, then we'd love to talk with you!


About Courtesy Connection

We provide answering service software to the property management industry (i.e. managers of apartments) across the US.


Location

While this job is 100% remote, for time zone and business purposes, it would be helpful if this candidate were located in Colorado. Applicants from other states will still be considered, but those from Colorado will have priority.


Job Responsibilities

  • Performs customer training via Zoom video call (as part of initial implementation and as-needed, if appropriate)
  • Engages with customers through chat, email, Zoom video call, phone, or carrier pigeon as needed to work with clients
  • ... and other duties as needed by the business
  • Project manages customer implementations
  • Builds customer-facing documentation as-needed to address common customer support requests
  • Assists with customer support ticket requests (related to implementations or otherwise)


Necessary Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with the property management industry is a huge plus. It's not a hard requirement, though.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree. Or demonstrated successful professional experience in a similar job role.
