Job Description

Descrip

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of a high quality Implementation. The Implementation Specialist ensures that departments supporting Implementation are timely meeting their goals, collaborates and helps to develop solutions when barriers arise and exhibits exemplary communication. Escalation of risks which impede a successful Implementation are communicated immediately to Director of Implementation with proposed solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create, organize and maintain administrative files and databases, including Salesforce entry and maintenance
  • Support Implementation Director in developing and Implementing new and existing clients
  • Administer everyday workflow of all Implementation processes and provide support to all Departments
  • Work collaboratively with other departments across organization
  • Other duties or special projects may be assigned as necessary
  • Flexible and open to learning new ideas/skills
  • Take ownership of outstanding deliverables and ensure they are captured per the project plan
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to lead effectively in a small and collaborative team environment
  • Coordinate with pre-sales analysis and provide insight into product offerings
  • Ensure that project/department milestones are met and adhering to approved timelines
  • Establish regular meeting schedules and check-ins across Departments to ensure collaboration and open communication
  • Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
  • Available to travel onsite to meet clients during Implementation if desired by client
  • Escalate issues to Implementation Director promptly as well as proposed solutions
  • Planning, defining and developing schedules, tasks and estimated resources to complete project
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook required
  • Ability to set their own objective and drive results
  • 3+ or more years experience in client services and project management within the Healthcare Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Implementation and Project Management Processes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally ensuring customer service experience
  • Professional, effective leader with a proven ability to build, inspire and motivate teams

A qualified candidate will be a highly collaborative individual with ability to influence others at all levels and build strong professional relationships. The ability to drive strategic alignment across business units to succeed company-wide goals as well as understanding strategic partnerships to meet organizational objectives is essential to success in this position.
