Onsite Position- Austin TX (Preferred)

Responsibilities


Develop and execute multi-year goals and strategy that evolve how our Partners collaborate and interact in a multi-site environment to create impactful experiences aligned to H-E-B’s mission, vision, and values. The goal is to create an atmosphere that fosters connection, creativity, and collaboration in a multi-environment setting. This includes infusing virtual and physical work environments, plus defining and maintaining experiences for our Partners that allow them to be the best version of themselves to work each day.


Advocate for an equitable and consistent experience for everyone working in Digital; drive people-focused practices that empower our workforce; recommend and implement programs and services that create connection and community for Partners in various workplace arrangements.


Work cross-functionally with Facilities Alliance, Real Estate, Property Management, IT, Public Affairs, HR COE’s, and Digital & Favor Leadership to maintain our onsite work environments.


Has Workplace Services experience to program manage facility upkeep and modifications; manage day-to-day operational aspects of the facility.


Leads a team of Workplace Experience Partners who are self-starters with a strong brand of execution.


Creates and manages a budget for facility and HR program events.


Create metrics to measure impact.


Works through others to gain scale in the delivery of programs.


Requires a minimum of 80% onsite presence.


High travel requirement between Austin and San Antonio. Future locations may include Dallas and Monterrey, Mexico


Qualifications


  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with managers and Partners and foster trust
  • Ability to constantly perform desk-based computer tasks; frequently sitting; occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, use a telephone, writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds; rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in highly decentralized decision-making environments; experience achieving objectives through others
  • Ability to solve new problems (no precedent or policy - yet); manage difficult issues while keeping an eye to the future
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to assess organizational and Partner needs, evaluate feedback and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve the work environment
  • Strong planner, program designer and project manager; experience with organization-wide implementation
  • Bachelor's degree and/or seven years of relevant experience in workplace services with multi-site management; HR program management; worksite licenses, software, contract and vendor management; workspace improvement project management, budget creation and ownership
  • Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, planning, and change management skills
