Workplace Experience Manager
One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to manage local and global onsite employee experience programs, hospitality management/operations experience a big plus. The client is a leading vendor in the agile software development and IT space.

About you: You thrive on the success of the entire team, as well as the individual team members You excel working with C-Level stakeholders You are a champion for new ideas and love to experiment You are an experienced collaborator and a great communicator You value relationships, both internal and external You are comfortable operating with ambiguity in a demanding and fast-paced environment In this role you will: Observe the way both client staff and client processes work so you can anticipate future needs and propose improvements. Communicate with your stakeholders and with your customers through 1-to-1 interactions, focus groups and company tools to maintain feedback loops and gain real time insights Run high-visibility, high-impact strategic programs (which range from technical delivery, analytics deep dives, customer insights, operational efficiency, and change management) Work across the organization and company to drive outcomes, align with business owners and stakeholders, mitigate risk, and deliver value to our internal and external customers.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- Budgeting experience as you will the custodian of relevant cost centers, local financial problem-solving. Review, investigate and takes action on budget variances.
- It's great if you have: A well-developed network of contacts in the employee experience and customer service industries
- An analytical rigor, drive to support decisions with data, and the ability to make data digestible to varied audiences (big data, financial models, etc.)
- Experience opening new offices is a plus.
- Budgeting experience, ideally with food and beverage
- Experienced with jira and confluence a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in program or portfolio management
- Excellent communication skills for all levels, change management skills.
- Experience building strategy based on vision and goals, turning a strategy into executable plans, and driving high visibility and complex projects
- Be proficient in applying the principles of supplier performance Management
- Experience in diagnosing pain points for teams, ushering their Workplace Experience to “good”, and then going the extra mile to ensure it is “great”
- Experience in technology or hospitality industry
Key projects:

Duration: 12 months to start, with extension and contract to hire possibilities
Location: Hybrid Bellevue Seattle WA
Compensation: $50-60 hour DOE
