- Comfortable leading and managing functions and services through a team of employees and third-party providers

- Experienced in creating, developing and implementing cultural and diverse Workplace Experience programs and services
- Not afraid to identify, evaluate and communicate potential risks
- Adaptable with the ability to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments
- Enthusiastic with ability to embrace a start-up mentality
- Familiar with, and comfortable opening within, a functional business operating model
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, renderings and floor plans
- Hyper-focused on the customer with demonstrated leadership, responsiveness, and accountability with a service-oriented, hands-on approach
- Bachelor’s degree from a four year university; Business, Communications, Design, Hospitality, Real Estate or Social Science
- Stand up processes with the ability to see the big picture
- Experience managing third party service delivery models and providers of workplace experience, facility operations and real estate services
- 10 years of progressive experience in Workplace Experience and Facilities operations management
- Must have business acumen and financial management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in a globally distributed organizationWork the spirit of an entrepreneur and the philosophy of a self-starter
- Excellent organizational, leadership and project management skills
- A comprehensive understanding of building systems, engineering and property management practices
- Experience using workplace tools (Google Workspace), service related ticketing systems (e.g, ServiceNow) and understanding of lease administration, building management systems and SaaS based productivity application
- Collaborate and build strong relationships though solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Work cross-functionally with people of various backgrounds and levels of seniority
- Requires strong partnership across team members to ensure standardization where applicable
- Awareness and understanding of Global Security and Operations Center (GSOC) functions to include threat & crisis management
- Exhibit and maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends and practices to identify opportunities, risks, etc
- Fluid in ability to create and develop cross functional programs & operational management and service delivery models
