The Website Testing & Personalization Senior Manager is responsible for developing a forward-thinking website strategy for the organization. This position will use analytical data to develop improvement opportunities within the site and be able to execute and share that plan with executives. They will also be able to setup and activate A/B and multivariant tests, measurement of site initiatives through tools like Adobe Analytics, and set the overall strategy for Testing & Personalization prioritization for the performance marketing analytics team.
