Enumerate is looking for a Website Setup Specialist to join our team! We serve property management companies and homeowner associations who use our platform to better i nform, engage, and empower residents. In this role, you’ll be the project guide and subject matter expert for our clients as you set up their resident-facing websites.
You’ll be joining a tightly-knit team to support our clients, and you’ll get trained and will be able to start contributing promptly. This role is remote-eligible with preference for those able to work CST/EST hours.

Required: 1 year of demonstrated prior work experience in website administration and/or enterprise software set-up. Required: 1 year work experience communicating with customers, preferably providing technical support. Preferred: Capable in graphic design software including Photoshop, PicMonkey, and/or other visual design tools. Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and complete work within allocated time frames. Consistent and thorough at completing detailed requirements. Able to learn and demonstrate technical literacy to address concerns and reduce the feeling of client overwhelm. Able to manage expectations and demonstrate diplomacy. Responsibilities What you’ll do Launch call with client. You’ll typically have one point of contact with authority to make decisions for the entire organization.
Collect client and communication information, including setup specifications and logos. You will discuss needs for API integrations and other software feature options at this point as well.
Once you get everything needed, there’s a goal to go-live within four weeks.
Manage API setup and/or resident list import and troubleshoot issues with the client and team members, if needed. Set up client websites and translate their needs into strategies that work within our proprietary content management system. No technical skills required – this is upload, plug, and play.
Provide weekly status reports to clients on project progress and maintain excellent client relationships with consistent follow-ups.
Schedule and perform an online training session to guide the client through their website prior to launch and make any additional changes based on that review.
Once launched, conduct periodic online training sessions for website admins on how to use the software.
