Job Description

MOME is a web3 brand, incubator and platform that specialises in tokenising meaning, turning meaning into digital collectibles and building impactful communities around these meaningful ideas. Our purpose is to help people to live a more meaningful life.


We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized individual to join the Marketing Team, which covers user acquisition, community building, content, and growth. Must have experience in the Crypto/Web3 space, and with a love for building community. The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned social media/digital marketing manager, ready to jump into a startup with a impact driven and high performance culture.


Responsibilities:


  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of improving social media activity and audience engagement.
  • Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms which effectively grows our following on those channels.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms.
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools(Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, etc)
  • Manage social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions (DMs, tags, Twitter space, discord community, zoom live webinars, etc)


Requirement:


  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager, preferably in a web3/blockchain, gaming, or tech environment.
  • Impact driven
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (paid social channels)
  • A winning attitude
  • A proponent of a growth mindset
  • Ability to discover trends and act quickly on them.
  • A high level of self awareness
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copy-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with web design (landing page design)
