Imagesound Group is seeking a full-time Warehouse and Production Supervisor to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This position is salaried, based 100% in office, with working hours from 8:30am-5:30pm ET Monday through Friday, with an hour lunch break.

The Warehouse and Production Supervisor position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our storage and warehouse space, including proper documentation of goods in, goods out, coordination with shipping couriers, and general stock management and accountability. Their main purpose is to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and availability of stock in a timely manner.They also may participate in the development of supply partnerships to provide the most cost efficient purchase of stock.

Additionally, this position will be responsible for the assembly and programming of our media players, which are a primary item that is dispatched from the facility. They will work within the production area in the warehouse space configuring media players to ensure that we can provide reliable, fully tested players very quickly to our customers. Part of the role also includes fault diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, testing and recording outcomes of returned players from customer sites.

Warehouse & Stock Responsibilities

·Day to day management of the warehouse & personnel.

·Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

·Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

·Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

·Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

·Efficient management of stock and shipping tasks, taking into consideration cash flow and overstocking of items.

·Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment.

·Developing relationships with supply partners for stock, services and asset management.

·Placing of purchase orders as required and where appropriate in line with the potentials list.

·Maintenance of accurate stock records, ensuring all stock items are bar coded and located in the correct area.

·Efficient control of returned stock comprising non-stock product requiring repair or replacement; faulty warranty stocks for return to supplier for repair, replacement or credit; returns from sub-contractors and internal technicians.

·Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

·Any other tasks assigned under this job description.

Player Production Responsibilities

oEnsure that media players are built on time, to a high standard and given adequate testing before being boxed for dispatch

oTo ensure that the media player is set up and configured correctly for the client with all the correct information

oTest and refurbish media players that have been returned and log findings into internal software system

oMaintain stock levels by Operations Director (with regards to players) in ample time to ensure adequate stock levels
