Minimum 5 (five) years’ experience at a chemical manufacturing facility.

Minimum 2 (two) years supervisory experience; preferable in a chemical manufacturing facility.

Experience with writing and revising existing policies and procedures.

Root cause analysis and troubleshooting experience.

B.S. degree (highly preferred) in engineering , business management, operations management, supply chain management or related field preferred.

Assist other supervisors and/or Plant Manager in directing the overall operation of the plant, performing special projects as needed.

2-5 years overall manufacturing experience.

Experience in a supervisory or lead role is highly desired, specifically experience in associate development and safety.

Working knowledge of all facets of manufacturing including continuous improvement, team building, safety, associate relations, quality, and customer service.

Good oral and written communication skills and strong leadership skills are required.

Knowledge acquired through 3 years or more work experience

Plan and manage resources and coordinates immediate resolutions to work process interruptions to meet period results

Maintain staffing schedules and organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

Work experience in a Manufacturing Environment or Food or Beverage

Able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities

Encourage and provide an upward path to management team innovative ideas and support projects that drive operational excellence

Direct oversight of hourly teams, including performance management

Successful Project Management in both short- and long-term initiatives

Ensure sustainability standards and regulatory requirements are met daily

Supervise the development of talent of direct reports to ensure proper pipeline of skilled talent for relevant current and future needs

In depth knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing principles

An Associate degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field.

A minimum of four (4) years of experience with basic material tracking software (accurately and proficiently performing data entry).

Train (as needed) on the MRP/ERP system to track inventory and shipping requirements.

A minimum of four (4) years of experience as q Warehouse Supervisor or a related position

Four (4) years of experience with MSOffice Suite (Word, excel, Email, and Spreadsheets) at an advance level

Schedule hourly shipping and receiving associates.

Responsible for working closely with the operations manager in accessing future staffing requirements and work schedules.

Has the authority to make unsupervised decisions consistent with the scope of responsibilities.

2+ years supervisory experience preferred, ideally within the industrial cleaning environment/related to our line of work.

Proficient MS Office skills, preferred.

Responsible for coordinating daily work schedules.

Responsible for evaluating employee performance, initiates and documents corrective action when appropriate.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Three years' experience related to defined job responsibilities or equivalent training

Work with management to report and monitor process compliance

4 years of college/technical school or equivalent work experience, BS in science or engineering preferred

2-4 years of supervisory experience

Strong organization and record-keeping skills with strong attention to detail to maintain team accountability

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years manufacturing experience with progressive responsibilities and leadership experience. Experience in medical device industry preferred.
