Job Details

We are seeking a veteran VP of Product to join our team in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and digital transformation, ideally in the healthcare space. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will reside somewhere in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and features.
• Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
• Lead the product team in the creation and launch of new products and features.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in the medical industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and online portals.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of launching successful B2B and B2C products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
