Key Responsibilities:

  • Career Development (GPS)
  • Plan for and run bi-annual People Strategy team offsites
  • Responsible for key People metrics such as attrition
  • Build annual Global PS roadmap, and ensure adherence to plan
  • Org design
  • Succession planning
  • Lead quarterly EStaff discussions on People Strategy initiatives + metrics
  • Direct management of People Strategy GTM + R&D global leads
  • Org reviews/calibration
  • Strategic lead on all global People Strategy initiatives, such as:
  • Take the lead on designing our Global People Strategy programs such as organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. Ensure we have the right talent and capabilities to meet the business needs.
  • Own specific All Nodes comms for People Strategy

Role Requirements:

  • Identify key leadership needs and look at ways to develop/hire strong leaders, ensuring bench strength + succession plan for critical roles.
  • Tight partnership with Global TA and Total Rewards leaders
  • Close partner and strategic thought leader for Chief People Officer
  • Global mindset, region agnostic
  • Quarterly travel (rotating) to US, APAC, and EMEA
  • Strong leadership for global People Strategy Team
  • Ability to design and develop career management practices that will enable employees to develop their careers at Neo4j, and to build a strong internal talent pipeline
  • Comfort with people data and using it to develop a coherent people strategy focused on growth and retention.

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.

Annual Base Salary Range for This Role

$272,000—$350,000 USD
