VP, Enterprise Risk Management
About The Role
The Enterprise Risk Leader oversees Enterprise Risk Strategy and Program Administration, working in close partnership with the Business Unit (BU) Risk Leaders to centrally manage the overall enterprise risk position. In collaboration with the BU Risk Leaders, the role is responsible for developing and delivering a risk strategy and approach that enables appropriate governance, informed decisions, and optimized financial and operational performance. The role will lead and enable successful implementation of enterprise risk programs, assessments, policy updates, and risk reporting to the Board of Directors in addition to SOC and HITRUST client assurance program administration.
Responsibilities

• Administering and reporting on the SOC and HITRUST programs. Focusing on ensuring a high quality and efficient experience for internal stakeholders and Conduent clients.
• Partnering collaboratively with external service providers in the delivery of the associated work
• Working collaboratively and constructively to drive and influence appropriate communication, culture, transparency and administration related to the Enterprise Risk programs.
• Establishing and administering appropriate project management discipline, including management reporting and escalation protocols
• Leading a team of professionals overseeing client assurance.
• Overseeing the Enterprise Risk Program in close partnership with the business groups, corporate functions, and technology teams. They will drive effective collaboration, coordination, and managing central enterprise risk position.
• Managing enterprise risk assessments and enterprise risk reporting to the Board, with inputs from Business Unit Risk leaders.

Requirements

• Be a subject matter expertise related to internal controls, risk management, and regulatory concepts.
• 10+ years of progressive Fortune 500 or professional services leadership experience. You will be delivering and overseeing client assurance programs and activities or other related enterprise project management initiatives.
• Have an Undergraduate degree.
• Have industry knowledge in Financial Services, Healthcare, Contact Centers, Business Process Outsourcing, Human Resources, Transportation, Government Services, Technology.
• Experience with SOC, HITRUST, and data privacy principles and concepts.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range $207K - $310K
