Who You Are
You are a motivated risk management professional who is passionate about identifying risks and developing and implementing customized solutions. You excel at managing client expectations and deliverables, and have experience creating proposals, leading teams, executing under compressed timelines where instructions are not always clear, and participating in various business development initiatives. You are a leader who is positive, confident, driven, entrepreneurial, organized, flexible, creative, and solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can manage teams while leveraging your background and skillset to appropriately advise RMSG clients and effectively execute on engagement deliverables.
What You'll Do
  • Evaluating risk and compliance-related client engagement initiatives to identify and manage risk;
  • Creating and delivering engagement status reporting and any deliverables to the client;
  • Tracking current and proposed laws, regulations, and guidance that impacts our clients and providing implementation guidance and support for any necessary changes;
  • Researching and establishing risk and compliance requirements and designing custom solutions for the client to drive organizational improvement;
  • Working closely with key client stakeholders across the organization to develop effective working relationships and understand relevant business processes and requirements;
  • Managing engagement teams to fulfill client expectations and providing coaching, training, and guidance to lesser experienced RMSG team members.
  • Assisting with various business development initiatives to strengthen existing RMSG client relationships and add to the RMSG client base; and
What You'll Need
  • The ideal candidate for this position will have 10 years of financial services risk and compliance experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present results of research or proposed solutions to complex regulatory issues or concerns.
  • Experience influencing behaviors and decisions throughout an organization and a proven track record of delivering enhancements and effecting change.
  • The ideal candidate for this position must be able to demonstrate:
  • Risk management technical knowledge and expertise; and
  • JD, CRCM, or CERP preferred.
