JOB SUMMARY: The SVP, Director of Risk Management Systems, Data, and Reporting is responsible for facilitating the ongoing design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) ecosystem and data management to support the overall ERM strategic vision. This includes but is not limited to, development and implementation of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) system, BSA systems/models, and fair lending systems/models. In addition, this individual collaborates with other system and data teams to best leverage data and reporting for risk management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively leverages enterprise-wide systems and data to implement efficient risk monitoring.
• Directs and executes user guide development and training for ERM systems.
• Directs and executes development and implementation of ERM systems.
• Directs and executes development of ERM monitoring and reporting at business line levels and in the aggregate.
• Oversees adherence to governance expectations for ERM systems to include model risk, data governance, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years of financial institution experience, preferably in the first and second line of defense
• Experience with IRM, BSA, and/or Fair Lending systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or the management of Information Technology
