What You’ll Be Doing:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Evolent Health is rapidly building a world-class analytics function leveraging advanced evaluative methodologies, data mining tools and analytic techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, optimization), and quasi-experimental and experimental study designs to enable fact-based decision making. The Analyst will conduct analyses and develop actionable reports on diverse projects and problems related to Risk Adjustment as well as other priority initiatives at Evolent such as CMS Stars measures program.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform audits of data sources and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Execute automated models to assess the impact of Risk Adjustment initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and influence the Stars product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance existing RAF performance data and reports
  • Drive innovation into RAF analytic solutions for specific client situations as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams/departments to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
  • Respond to client requests including drill down analyses using SAS/SQL to identify specific opportunities for cost and quality improvement.
  • Master existing processes for tracking and prioritizing deliverables
  • Provide Analytic & Reporting solutions for our Risk Adjustment
The Experience You Need (Required):
  • 2-5 years of experience with either SQL, SAS, R, Microsoft Excel (advanced), Microsoft Access (advanced), GIS, or other programming language.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical proficiency with data manipulation and analysis in Excel and Access required.
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
  • Healthcare experience in a payer or provider setting, or educational equivalent in addition to the degree requirements stated above.
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities.
  • Willingness to develop and explore new approaches, adapt, and execute quickly.
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
