You will work directly with the Head of Enterprise Leadership Communications and the senior Fidelity leaders that you support to set communications and messaging strategy, as well as lead, design, and execute strategic, impactful communications campaigns that support Fidelity’s multi-year plan and align with Fidelity enterprise priorities. These campaigns will reach key stakeholders that include associates and business partners, existing and prospective clients, industry influencers and the general public, and you will ensure that campaigns are measured and evaluated for their effectiveness.


You will lead a team responsible for communications supporting Fidelity’s initiatives around Diversity & Inclusion, Customer Inclusion, and Community Relations, with opportunities to expand the scope in the future to include broader ESG and Sustainability communications. You will play a key role in helping to shape Fidelity’s approach to Corporate Impact, tying together various messages into a cohesive approach across our internal and external campaigns including our annual reports. You will partner across Fidelity and CPAPG to include inputs and perspectives from functions related to Corporate Impact including FREC, Supplier Diversity and Procurement, Talent Marketing, and more.


You will also be a trusted consultant to senior leaders, due to your expertise in communications and content creation and delivery, as well as your deep understanding of the organization and business strategy (e.g., leaders, strategic priorities, challenges/opportunities, products/services, marketing and thought leadership).


The Team


As part of the Fidelity’s Associate and Leadership Communications team, you’ll work with some of Fidelity’s most senior leaders and talented communicators to build and drive internal and external communications strategies. The team works to inform and engage Fidelity’s employees, connect with the external marketplace, and support the success of Fidelity’s businesses.


You’ll be a member of the Communications, Public Affairs, and Policy Group. This team is all about “thinking and working across Fidelity,” ensuring that we are driving more impactful communications and outcomes to a range of stakeholder audiences, including legislators and regulators, community members, media, industry influencers and associates. As part of a centralized organization, you have a great sense of what’s important across the enterprise and benefit from a culture that promotes professional and personal growth.
