Job Description

We are looking for a project coordinator to join our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion team, who will provide technical and administrative support for this ambition. The Project Coordinator will work closely with a variety of teams and people leaders across the region to define project scope and organize project teams according to requirements. Further specific duties include:

  • Supporting the Americas EDI lead with executing a phased approach to launch the ambition
  • Connect with internal ERGs members to various recruitment opportunities via Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruitment
  • Provide administrative/event support to leaders
  • Assist the Americas EDI lead with all technical aspects of EDI projects
  • Develop PPTs, drafts communications, templates (i.e., reporting scorecards for departments) and resources
  • Assisting with operationalizing events hosted by campus recruitment and other new initiatives


Requirements:

  • Ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage conflicting priorities
  • Comfortable chasing and coordinating input from multiple teams
  • Professional and confident communication abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organization and co-ordination skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
