What's Expected from you

The VP of Demand Generation will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's demand generation strategy. This role will oversee the development and management of demand generation programs across all channels, including email, content syndication, and ABM campaigns. The successful candidate will have experience managing a team and working collaboratively with other marketing and sales teams. You will report directly to the CMO and serve as a key member of the Marketing Leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction of the company.


Specific activities will include:


  • Manage the SDR organization
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on key metrics, including marketing performance measurement, process definition, and marketing systems and data
  • Develop and activate an integrated demand generation strategy in alignment with our GTM strategy and BU, segment, and vertical goals on an annual and quarterly basis
  • Build and manage best-in-class demand gen programs and optimization of Lead to Opportunity funnel
  • Build quarterly lead, demo and opportunity forecasts against planned spend and aligned to business goals
  • Partner with our Analytics team to develop and track comprehensive metrics reports, attribution modeling and tracking, and advise on the effectiveness and future direction of our demand generation campaigns and spending
  • Manage team members’ performance including formal reviews, establishing departmental and individual objectives and performing applicable assessments
  • Develop and lead a team of experienced demand generation professionals responsible for demand generation programs across all channels
  • Manage to an optimal LTV/CAC ratio, working with GTM leaders to ensure cost per acquisition and lead KPI targets are within goals
  • Support the introduction of our PLG motion and drive contact to booking visibility
  • Utilize and enhance all demand gen channels including email, content syndication, ABM campaigns, etc.
  • Report on demand generation performance and optimization actions through weekly updates and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Partner closely with digital marketing, content marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs
  • Partner closely with our BDR and Sales organizations to ensure effective holistic strategies across our GTM motion, as well as appropriate hand-offs and collaboration with each team
  • Provide coaching and development to team members on effective demand gen strategies and tactics

This role requires deep expertise in cross-channel demand generation, a strong analytical mindset, and cross-functional leadership skills. A successful candidate will have the ability to represent the company and engage with key business stakeholders, including external partners and investors.


The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a real passion for all aspects of B2B marketing. You are highly analytical, curious and collaborative with a proven ability to distill complex concepts and leverage data and insights into cohesive strategy and plans that deliver outstanding business results. This role is ideal for an organized, inspirational, influential, and solution-focused leader with deep subject matter expertise and a proven track record across strategy, practical execution, data/analytics, and innovation management.


  • Strong management skills with a proven ability to both grow and mentor a team. Planning, organization and interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively both internally and externally at every level of the organization.
  • Nice to have: hands-on knowledge of Hubspot, 6sense
  • Experience managing and optimizing a multi-million dollar annual budget.
  • Must have: a sense of humor
  • Hands-on experience in multi-channel campaigns, account-based marketing, advanced marketing attribution, conversion rate optimization, predictive lead scoring, and SDR cadence management.
  • Proven track record working with Sales teams to improve conversion outcomes across the funnel
  • 15+ years of proven success record of leading and scaling the demand generation function in a B2B SaaS environment within a midsize or larger organization.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
