Job Description

As Unacast builds new product offerings within the location data industry, we are expanding our Marketing team to fuel the company’s growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team and expand our growth marketing functions.


This is a critical role that drives real impact within the company and directly contributes to our bottom line. Your role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive conversions, opportunities, and revenue. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the customer journey and will be able to analyze data to identify key areas for growth and optimization. They will also be skilled in creating and executing effective campaigns across a variety of marketing channels, focusing on paid channels as well as owned channels like e-mail marketing.

Who we’re looking for

- You are an experienced B2B Marketer who has worked in a fast growing SaaS business, focused on driving demand with technology buyers.

- You are highly focused on generating pipeline and revenue through demand generation programs, drawing from your experience and SaaS demand generation best practices.

- You have designed omni-channel campaigns that provide full-funnel coverage to engage prospects at various stages of the buying cycle.

- You are a trusted partner, working collaboratively with Product Marketing to guide the development of content for our target personas to ensure our programs engage and deliver value.

- You have experience working in partnership with marketing agencies and contractors to execute against your campaign plans, holding agency partners accountable for their contribution to success.

- You have a high attention to detail and are naturally curious, striving to seek out answers to tough problems.


What you will be doing

- Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to create and own a comprehensive demand generation plan for Unacast that directly contributes to our pipeline and revenue targets.

- Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, webinars, events, and other demand generation activities.

- Own and maintain our campaign calendar to ensure proper campaign prioritization and scheduling for each buyer persona.

- Provide input and guidance around future content needs, including formats and topics that perform best at each stage of the sales cycle.

- Closely monitor the performance of all campaigns to ensure they are delivering against established targets while optimizing assets that perform below benchmarks.

- Coordinate project communications and tasks across product, marketing, agencies, and contractors.

- Manage our account-based marketing program and partner with our BDR team to generate engagement across top target accounts.

Optimize our website & CRO strategy, providing input and recommendations to help fuel organic growth.


Who we think you are

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

5+ years of experience in Marketing

2+ years experience in the tech/SaaS industry or at a startup

Experience in the data industry a strong plus

Strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate with multiple key stakeholders across various departments

Project management skills, with an ability to manage the tradeoffs between fast vs. perfect, and understand when it's time for each

Highly motivated team player with a positive outlook and a self-starter mentality
