Job Description

Job Title: VP, Engagement Manager

Location: New York


Summary:

I am partnered with a Digital Analytics consultancy who are looking for a highly skilled and experienced VP, Engagement Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to design and implement solutions that meet those requirements of their end clients, specifically within the Insurance Vertical.


You will be responsible for solving business problems by designing the right solution as per client needs and leading a team of data scientists for the solution delivery.


You will be responsible for working with clients to understand their needs, developing and delivering solutions, and managing the implementation process.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage the implementation process and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Understand client needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Work with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines


Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms AWS and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or a related field
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Data Science & Analytics
  • Experience working with senior executives and c-level leadership
  • Strong understanding of business requirements
