Virtual Customer Service Representative

Bluemont Hotel is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure exceptional customer service when responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and live chat. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive solutions to guests' requests, including making reservations and providing information about our hotel's amenities. We are looking for a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills who can work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality support to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Make and modify guest reservations using the hotel's reservation system and ensure accuracy of all reservation details
• Provide accurate information about our hotel's amenities and services to guests
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests' inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and live chat
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet or exceed service and productivity goals set by the hotel
• Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as necessary

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and/or customer service experience in the hospitality industry
• A friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in customer requests or hotel procedures
