A construction parts company, located in the Olathe/Lenexa area, is immediately hiring an energetic Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor CRM data and respond to emails.
• Process customer email requests (ex. Providing tracking numbers, stock availability, order status, etc.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide problem resolution

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year previous in CSR in an office setting

$17-$18/hr to start!

Hours are 8a-5pm
