The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) will report to and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to devise and deploy integrated programs that are aligned with the Company’s future business plans, operations, and objectives. He or she will work with all levels of the organization to maintain and improve the performance-oriented culture as well as continually develop, refine, and implement talent management and training solutions that are aligned to scale with the Company’s expanding operations. Must possess strong management and communication skills, as well as an operational mindset.

In addition, it is critical that the VP of HR is aware of evolving government influences on management, policies, processes, and practices and works to ensure that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in all states in which the company operates concerning employment practices, employee health, safety, environmental issues, employee relations, etc.
