Job Description
As a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging intern at RHJ Consulting Group, you will be a part of a busy and productive national team engaged Inclusive Leadership, DEIB coaching, consulting and learning facilitation.
This internship will begin in August 2023 with the possibility of extending additional semesters.
Responsibilities:
Assist in increasing awareness and engagement among existing and potential clients around potential partnerships and programs.
- Support the development of DEIB marketing research and compile recommendations regarding priority issues with online searches, publications, and library materials
- Organizing marketing collateral, webinars, and virtual town-halls
- Assist in event management support for national partnership events and internal events
- Provide project management support for new programs and marketing campaigns
- Updating internal communications channels
- Assistance in coordinating with state offices for national and regional multicultural events for state presence
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Human Resources or International Studies emphasis preferred.
Junior status or higher preferred. If enrolled in an Associate's degree program must have a plan to pursue a bachelor's degree immediately after associates is completed.
Must have at least 2 semesters remaining in school upon start date (May 2024 or later).
Ability to work part-time during the school year and fulltime during summer/winter breaks.

- Knowledgeable about terminology/well versed in language connected to diversity, culture, and equity topics
- Proficient with GSuite, and Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual meeting systems such as Zoom
