Vice President Of Artificial Intelligence Engineering

About The Role (Starts with equity-based)

As a VP of engineering, Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics, you will be a key player in shaping and implementing our Data, AI, and Analytics strategy. From leading the Enterprise AI Lab, you will create Enterprise AI/ML platforms and apps for various industry verticals. Handle a team of AI engineering, Data, and Analytics team, You will closely collaborate with our product lines, customers, and academia on AI/ML-based product innovation and work with our product management on new business opportunities. As an AI/ML evangelist, you will promote awareness and adoption of the technology and support our AI talent programs.

What You Will Do

• Lead, manage, and grow a multi-disciplinary set of data, AI, and Analytics teams
• Deliver production-grade Enterprise AI platforms and apps, someone who built product ground 0 to 1 would be ideal for this role.
• Implement a purpose-driven culture of respect, collaboration, inclusion, and empowerment
• Drive Data, AI/M, and Analytics based innovation in close collaboration in the team and organization
• Foster AI/ML-based value-add across a portfolio of customers as a key technical advisor and ambassador

What You Need

• Experience working in an early-stage AI startup would be ideal
• Demonstrated experience in applied AI/ML in two areas: Computer Vision/Perception, Generative AI, Predictive Analysis, Data Analytics, Affective Computing, Cybersecurity, etc.
• 5 years of experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams and managing managers
• 12 years of technical industry experience including 5-6 years of applied Data, AI/ML, and Analytics in product development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science Electronics, or Machine learning is highly preferred
• Practical experience in software engineering and AI/ML application
• Relevant experience in implementing and running production-level Cloud infrastructure
• Project and product management experience
