PSI seeks a Vice President of Finance who will lead PSI’s accounting, financial reporting, and project financial management functions. You will provide strategic direction and financial oversight on global finance and accounting operations to support PSI's mission and strategic plan. You will ensure PSI complies with global accounting policies; oversee global audits; report accurate financial data to donors, management, and the board; and provide appropriate financial oversight and support to PSI’s country, regional, and centrally funded program teams.
Salary Range:
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $191,000 - $239,000
For US-based candidates, the anticipated annual hiring range is reflected above.* The hiring range reflects the minimum to the midpoint of the job’s salary range. The full salary range for this job goes up to a maximum of $299,000, but hiring above the hiring salary range would not be typical in order to allow for potential future salary growth. Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law.
