Manage Adds/Deletes communication from Marketing to Wall and Sales teams

Ensure new product specifications uploaded accurately to price list. Maintain accuracy of product information across Coty systems and price list.

Initiate and track purchase orders on behalf of the Marketing team. Assist team with maintaining accurate budgeting.

Coordinate Marketing team preparation for Sales Webinar.

Coordinate comps and product samples with Sales Information.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:

Align with various internal departments (Integration Management Office) to identify cost savings across Meriplex and acquisitions.

Develop and track appropriate Procurement KPIs in conjunction with management.

Responsible for the qualification and onboarding process of suppliers to the Approved Vendor List.

Possess a thorough understanding of Meriplex, the supplier guidelines, and all related requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering (Experience in lieu will be considered)

Research and analyze disputed compliance chargebacks/ AP deductions sent from the vendors to the buyers to determine their validity.

Work with the vendor on the appropriate resolution for a deduction/chargeback.

Develop relationships and personal networks with retail customer base to support continuous improvement and resolution of compliance errors

Ensure constructive vendor relationships are created through one on one sessions for both new and established vendors relating to compliance issues.

Brings escalated disputes to the attention of the Supervisor; recommends resolutions to maintain the partnership

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop

1-5 years of experience in investment research (buy-side, sell-side or research/data provider) preferred. Financial industry experience not required

Negotiating contracts for all of the firm’s data assets

Sourcing, procuring and analyzing new datasets for potential use in the firm’s trading strategies

Communicating key dataset advantages and disadvantages to PMs, researchers and other internal business groups

Building and enhancing the firm’s data library

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (with strong academic record)

Demonstrated experience and skills in vendor management software

Working experience of vendor management software

Heavy emphasis on sourcing and vendor management

Manage subcontractor and supplier communications

Solid judgement along with decision making skills

Knowledge of municipal permitting processes

Advanced experience in Amazon catalog management.

This is a multi-faceted role requiring excellent communication, time management and collaboration through cross-functional teams.

Manage and review paperwork related to the studies (sample manifests, work order, specific sample release documents, etc.).

Manage and review the logistics of studies (getting projects out of quarantine, project composition, conveying timelines, and tracking project progress.)

Experience with laboratory work, preferentially routine work with large sample sets and/or service organizations is a plus.

Builds a vendor management program with key strategic suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives.

Generates weekly reports and prepares status updates for senior management as required.

2- year college degree or equivalent industry specific experience; working knowledge of electrical industry preferred.

May be required to perform other duties outside of these responsibilities to support the Service and project teams.

2+ years of experience working with vendors and subcontractors; building customer and vendor relationships.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Assist buyers with PO management questions relating to Tradestone

Gain a working knowledge of the vendor registration process, to serve in a support role as needed

Assist vendors with all questions concerning our requirements, policies, and procedures outlined on the Vendor website.

Partner with URBN Distribution Centers to validate compliance requirements and/or communicate compliance changes
