Operate the scale for inbound and outbound agronomy products to issue scale tickets, if applicable to location.

Ability to complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers and purchases, if applicable.

\ A Typical Day May Include

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in Phase I-IV complex, global studies in the areas of clinical operations, vendor and relationship management and category management.

5 + years’ experience in a pharmaceuticals, biotechnology industry or vendor management

Oversight and management of a number of vendor(s)/partner(s) within the assigned outsourcing space (e.g. CRO, Functional, or Category).

Actively participates in the Sourcing Management Process.

Ensures issues are identified and managed through to resolution in a timely manner and deliverables are met as required.

Establishes applicable procedures, business practices and documentations to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Experience with addressing stakeholders and management

Responsible for Enterprise Services, Risk Management, Security providers relationships, Back Office Applications, and Software as well as some non-technology providers.

Drives the portfolio risk management program for providers to comply

Overall Governance for Providers including Business Reviews, Contract Renewals, Stakeholder Management & liaison between internal functions and Provider.

Track record of negotiations and overall relationship management

Provide visibility on and interpretations of contractual obligations to McDonald’s personnel, including contract education and awareness

Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

Prepare reports to assist management as requested.

People skills – problem solving, and experience with internal and external communication.

Data entry of case information into multiple application platforms including Icertis, and Concur

Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong diplomacy skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Collaborate with commercial lending teams to support portfolio management and business development activities

Facilitate wire transfer transactions at the direction of a Relationship Manager and/or a Business Banker

Remain knowledgeable of bank policies & procedures to ensure an accurate completion of deliverables

3+ years of experience in banking or 2+ year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in loan administration.

Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated strong outsourcing functional knowledge, contract administration, project, and financial management experience

Experience with and significant knowledge of IT outsourcing and performance management methods, calculations and best practices in particular

10+ years experience with IT contract management and relationship administration

Define and direct the performance management strategy, SLA Management and reporting processes and tools for all in-scope services

Experience handling strategic vendor relationships and large contracts

Confirmed analytical and problem-solving abilities

5-9 years of experience as an IT vendor manager required

Communicate customer requirements to vendors.

Knowledge of statements of work and software license contracts

Experience handling managed services vendor relationships

Experience monitoring and tracking performance, of managed services arrangements

10-15 years of related experience

Deep understanding of technology market landscapes in general and managed services vendor landscape in particular

Deep understanding of managed services vendor agreements and contracts

Experience with the latest external labor arrangements (e.g., outcome-based)

Be able to educate clients on the benefits of the SMS Assist service offering

Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, as requested by Operation’s management or the client

Provide management with recommendations to changes in procedures, as needed

Manage the scheduling and completion of all services assigned by customers

Manage real-time inquiries while keeping track of and responding to commitments to follow up with customer/vendor inquiries

Computer Skills: Advanced proficiencies in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience influencing change across a dynamic organization

5+ years of experience managing vendor relationships in healthcare or Healthcare IT, with experience managing additional enterprise technology vendors preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong dispute resolution and mediation skills to handle issue escalation and to drive mutually beneficial outcomes

Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities, seamlessly moving between strategy & execution

Guide strategy and execution of relationships in order to strengthen IMO's standing with vendors through partnership, pricing, and negotiation processes.
