Vendor Enrollment Specialist Jobs

Previous data entry experience preferred

Create term and all section and meeting records identified with the student program

Register students for course sections with the program

Understand the degree audit for each program so that potential discrepancies in credit and registered courses can be resolved immediately

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Associate's degree and two two years of work experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.

Remain current and knowledgeable of all workforce programs and responsibilities related to workforce staff

Use program knowledge to effectively inform and advise prospective students in determining programs of interest

Manage all in-person, phone calls, and email inquiries from prospective, current, and past students

Manage small and mid-scale projects independently

Analyze and validate the needed steps of eligibility process of the Enrollment application.

Process enrollment applications, disenrollment request, PBP Changes and Cancellation request.

Maintains knowledge of regulations, eligibility, and documentation requirements concerning financial aid, admissions, and registration.

Hires, schedules, and manages student employees who support the day-today operations of the assigned support area.

Three (3) years of general office experience or other applicable experience related to the program, or

One (1) year of the required experience with an associate degree or 60 college credit hours.

Bilingual (English – Spanish). Work experience in Financial Aid, Registration, Admissions, or other university administration.

Greets visitors and helps students, parents/guardians, employees, and other individuals with their routine enrollment-related questions, disseminates and/or explains information.

Review applicant's documents for completeness; ensure IDNYC applicants have all

Notify applicants of required or missing documentation and inform applicants of how to obtain

Navigate the enrollment database; scan all authenticated official documents into the Municipal

Use specialized equipment to review the authenticity of documents presented.

Ensure that all original documents submitted by applicants are reviewed using only the

Compliance with regulatory requirements set by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

Complete and process all credit applications and account forms for all vendors.

Input all vendors to the A/P Vendor Master File using the Great Plains financial system

Input all vendors to Stratton Warren Purchasing System

Request and maintain Certificates of Insurance on all vendors.

Maintain and keep all vendor files up to date.

Coordinate with Population Health Management Oversight Committee team regarding vendor expectations, performance and procedures.

Manage vendor utilization including work flows for coordinating services with the Health Plan.

Create and manage vendor scorecard and associated ratings/correction plans.

Perform as a key account manager for the Health Plan to coordinate with high priority providers and vendors.

Coordinate meetings and outcomes of monitoring/auditing to meet contractual regulatory or accrediting body requirements.

Assist with the development and maintenance of internal and external education and communication around vendor services and processes.

3+ years of Vendor Management experience

1099 or FATCA experience required

SAP or Ivaula experience a plus

Prior Accounts Payable experience a plus

Operate as the lead for onboarding new and existing vendors

Insure Vendor Applications are fully complete

Working knowledge of the concepts of materials management and procurement.

Administration and management: knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, human resources and leadership techniques.

3-5 years relevant Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or Procurement experience

Provide management metrics on vendor setup and maintenance activity

Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, controls and compliance requirements

Manage supplier registration and on-boarding

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience influencing change across a dynamic organization

5+ years of experience managing vendor relationships in healthcare or Healthcare IT, with experience managing additional enterprise technology vendors preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong dispute resolution and mediation skills to handle issue escalation and to drive mutually beneficial outcomes

Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities, seamlessly moving between strategy & execution

Guide strategy and execution of relationships in order to strengthen IMO's standing with vendors through partnership, pricing, and negotiation processes.
