Vaccines Adult Health And Science Specialist - Remote | Wfh

We are looking for talented individuals who are inspired by innovation and driven by the desire to bring life-changing therapies to patients in need.You will play a crucial role in promoting our Vaccines Portfolio to customers and channels, both in-person and virtually.
Your responsibilities will include launching new products, developing effective strategies for managing business relationships, securing formulary access, and promoting our products within your assigned territory. You will also be responsible for sales efforts and building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
To excel in this role, you should have a combination of customer, market, and business acumen, along with a deep understanding of our products and the relevant disease states. Your strong sales and account management skills, coupled with expertise in engaging customers in both virtual and in-person settings, will drive your success. Utilizing digital and virtual tools effectively, you will engage customers with clear agendas and follow-up actions, ensuring a meaningful and impactful interaction. Your exceptional communication skills and proficiency in utilizing multi-platform tools will be instrumental in your remote collaboration with cross-functional internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve objectives in a compliant manner.
Responsibilities
Drive sales in your assigned territory, maximizing approved business objectives.
Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually, building rapport and maintaining strong relationships.
Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, utilizing live and virtual engagement strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Utilize internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
Leverage your product and disease state knowledge, using approved clinically oriented information and patient resources to educate and support customers.
Demonstrate market knowledge, identifying barriers and drivers across various business channels.
Collaborate effectively and compliantly with cross-functional colleagues, addressing customer inquiries and advancing.
Ensure timely and compliant completion of administrative tasks, including entering customer calls, submitting expenses, and responding to requests from sales leadership and managers.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership/entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, or education.
Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing.
Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, and outstanding communication skills.
Experience in the Vaccines therapeutic area and knowledge of territory customers and markets.
Reside within the territory boundaries.
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, Or Environment Requirements
Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
Depending on the territory size and business needs, occasional overnight stays may be required.
