A leading tech company is seeking a UX Researcher - Usability. The successful candidate will be conducting research for core parts of our customers' cloud commerce experiences. UX Researcher - Usability Pay And Benefits

• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment
• Hourly pay: $55/hr

UX Researcher - Usability Responsibilities

• Communicate research insights through written reports and live presentations in clear, concise, and compelling ways.
• Contribute your research perspectives throughout the product design process to build user empathy and guide product direction.
• Design and execute studies using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Identify and prioritize research questions and methodologies to deliver research insights that influence product design.
• Deeply collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and conduct UX research.
• Collaborate with other user researchers to leverage each other’s work across the studio.

UX Researcher - Usability Qualifications

• 2+ years of Usability testing experience.
• Portfolio in any format.
• 2+ years UX research experience required.
• Verbal and written communication skills: Ability to translate insights into research reports and recommendations; ability to present research findings in clear and compelling ways.
• 2+ years of previous experience conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys.
• Background in commerce, can speak to the impact of their work and provide research insights, and is able to explain how they shaped the product they worked on.
• Knowledge and experience across a range of UX research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys.
• Figma experience is preferred.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines (design, engineering) and across teams; ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
• Meet deadlines and provide insight into their research.
• 2+ years of UserZoom & Qualtrics experience
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time .

Compensation: From $55.00 to $55.00 per hour
