Ux Program Manager Jobs

Looking for a Program Manager/Chief of Staff. This person would be the Director's right hand person. The UX PM will support project planning and deliverable management across multiple projects. Works with UX team members to create project timelines and monitors progress of UX deliverables. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, business stakeholders and IT delivery PMs.

• Develop and drive high-level project milestones and detailed project plan
• Assist in managing project backlogs, participating in sprint planning and grooming
• Create Project Kick-off materials and facilitate kick-off meetings
• Remove roadblocks by identifying issues early and proactively identifying solutions and escalating as appropriate
• 5-7 years of experience as a PM
• Assist project to completion through defined stage gates, deliverables, and approvals
• Agile experience/certification Key Responsibilities:
• Design or US Experience preferred
• Track UX timelines and project delivery
• Partner with Portfolio Managers and UX lead to maintain UX roadmap for delivery for NOC and Flight Crew space
• Strong business acumen
• Clear communication of project plans, status, and critical issues to project stakeholders and sponsors

Pay Range: $90 - $100 hourly

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
