Responsibilities:

• Lead the standardization of solutions, scaling strategy, and normalize service level delivery working with procurement, engineering and construction for long lead items such as switchgear and transformers.
• Develop a standard framework for utility engagement that can be used throughout the United States.
• Submit Utility Applications
• Track and report on utility progress including stage of each project, long lead items, costs and capture items that delay progress.
• Drive business results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and managing strategic project plans to completion.
• As the business needs you will manage a team utility engagement, and procurement activities.
• Travel to utility offices pitch what we are doing and negotiate a process that yields faster interconnection times.
• Develop a strategy to engage utilities and track progress and capture data.

Requirements:

• Working with a remote workforce that is distributed across national and international geographies.
• Adaptability to working in a high growth environment with an appreciation of how growth inevitably affects overall business dynamics / functions, corporate culture, and in place process / systems.
• The ability to interact effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization, supporting multiple initiatives.
• Self-directed problem solver with ability to produce timely, high quality deliverables and results.
• Experience or knowledge of utility incentive programs.
• Setting clear objectives and driving for results.
• Experience with Utility engagement including working with them to obtain grid interconnections.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
