The Kyriba Finance team is looking for a Billing Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for oversight and continuous improvement of all billing activities to help the function evolve and scale as Kyriba continues its explosive growth.
Position Duties:
  • Drive global billing reporting, including design and implementation of reporting tools
  • Performing other related duties and special projects as needed
  • Manage a team of 4 billers
  • Improve, monitor and enforce billing policies and procedures, and ensure they evolve appropriately as the company scales
  • Develop, monitor and report on periodic KPIs related to billing function
  • Serve as customer escalation and resolution point for invoicing issues and disputes
  • Establish and monitor an effective methodology for the accounts receivable reserve ( bad debt ), and make recommendations for adjustments
  • Drive continuous improvement in system capabilities and processes for billing effort focused on producing timely and accurate bills, and management of DSO metrics
  • Be the subject matter expert on Netsuite ERP as it relates to the Order to Cash process and how it integrates with SFDC/CPQ
  • Lead month-end closing of billing and accounts receivable, including AR sub-ledger reconciliation
  • Represent billing function on cross-functional project teams
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • SalesForce System experience required
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Management experience of 8+ years
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, 12 years' previous experience, in Accounts Receivable Management
  • Recent pricing, contracting, billing experience in SaaS/recurring billing environment
  • Netsuite experience required
  • Able to work independently in a remote work environment
Base compensation for this role is: $91,300.00 - $115,500.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
