A global company focused on health and wellness is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Process: Establish a systematic approach for delivering impactful products.
• Culture: Foster a data-centric team culture that prioritizes UI/UX, data analytics, speed to market, and innovation.
• Attribution Modeling: Collaborate with Marketing to develop a well-tracked attribution model using data.
• Execution: Meet deadlines and handle daily requirements and issues from end-users.
• Drive Growth: Provide strategic leadership to achieve significant growth in key performance indicators.
• E-Commerce: Develop and execute the digital product roadmap, ensuring exceptional user experiences and achieving top-tier KPIs.
• Design: Establish design systems for a consistent experience across international markets.
• Data Analytics: Monitor trends, user behavior, and performance issues.
• Workflow Efficiencies & Automation: Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and present innovative solutions to address business needs.

Knowledge and Experience

• Empathetic towards customers and colleagues.
• Embraces rapid iteration, feedback, and experimentation, and actively seeks customer input and understanding.
• Inquisitive nature with a desire to learn about people, technology, data, and new industries.
• Strategic thinker who can contribute to product strategy and vision, not just visual design.
• Proficient in design systems.
• Minimum of 4 years of product design experience.
• Can connect design decisions to business goals and collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus.
• Experienced in optimizing the shopping experience and improving e-commerce KPIs.
• Deep understanding of the user-centered design process and track record of successful project delivery.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing product design work, including data visualizations or analytics examples.
• Skilled in building detailed, interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining design decisions to anyone in the company.
