Our Risk & Compliance (SRC) Practice is looking for a Tririga Analyst to join the team. The right individual will have exceptional IT application management skills, strong leadership skills and solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results. They will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of new designs does not compromise the integrity or security of the existing system.
- Support production release activities.
- Review and approval of Technical Design Document changes during build phase
- Being able to understand clients’ requirements & work with resources to accurately scope data integration/migration project tasks
- Review incident management data reports
- Assist with the configuration and customization of IBM TRIRIGA
- Be involved in solving problems and making recommendation for issue resolution.
- Review and approve testing results, authorizing movement between test, development and UAT environments.
- Facilitate TRIRIGA application permission logic and primary/secondary ownerships.
- Perform draft and final reviews of the Functional Design Documents, providing insight and collecting feedback.
- Assist in identifying integration approaches and methodologies to keep data sources and deployed application current.
- Participate in getting customer approval to enable Build phase.
- Being able to understand clients requirements & work with resources to accurately scope data integration/migration project tasks
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- At least 5 years of experience in application support and development
- Experience in incident management and production support
- Ability to work well under tight timelines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, or a related field. Preferred – A Master's degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience designing solutions, developing and/or leading a team of developers and implementing the solutions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Certification in TRIRIGA application support or related technologies strongly preferred.
- Experience with TRIRIGA platform and application, including data migrations and/or integrations.
