Business Analyst Jobs

Quardev is seeking an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Business Analyst for a on-site contract role with our branded apparel client based in Issaquah, WA. Do you have 3-5 years’ experience in a IT Business Analyst role implementing new Applicant Tracking Systems? Responsibilities:

• Works with stakeholders to understand business needs and projects goals

• Drafts business requirements, test plans, system documentation and business processes related to the implementation of new Applicant Tracking Systems

• Triages issues, escalating when needed, and tracking until closure

• Plans Acceptance testing, ensuring that test data and test environments are in place ahead of testing

• Works to identify potential issues and puts forward innovative solutions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically implementing new ATS systems

• Strong software project management skills and experience

• Must have Agile, Confluence and JIRA experience

• Experience planning and leading User/Business Acceptance Testing sessions

• Able to configure Applicant Tracking systems per client's requirements

• Experience creating test plans, along with hands on testing experience of ATS

• Must have prior ATS implementation experience

• Knowledge of HR practices, processes and systems

• Experience working with multiple cross functional teams

• Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues

• Enjoys learning new systems and technologies

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a strong attention to detail

• Must be able to work on site from the client's offices in Issaquah, WA

• Retail, e-commerce and/or supply chain experience is highly desired

• Product Owner certifications are a plus!

Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer. Expected pay rate for this position starts at $42.00/hour, depending on experience.
