Amazon Returns & Recommerce is looking for a motivated Business Analyst with a strong skillset in analytics design and data presentation to be part of a high visibility, strategic team that directly impacts the Amazon customer experience worldwide. In this position you will help us discover and solve real world problems and build metrics using existing and not-yet-existing data for a growing business. The successful candidate will be analytical, detail oriented, and have a high level of customer focus with a passion for process improvement.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Bellevue, WA, USA

Basic Qualifications

• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with Excel
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
• Experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial/business analysis
• Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identifying and solving business issues

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
