Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Own all aspects of OMS instance development, integration with other platforms, and end-to-end workflow

• Oversee user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, and permissions settings

• Work with groups to understand their business processes and requirements

• Translate business requirements into logical, component-based designs

• You will troubleshoot, triage, and work with appropriate teams on driving resolutions of all OMS-related issues

• Evaluate upcoming releases, assess impact, own release, and change management

• Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders throughout the project development process

• Own the platform and process documentation

• Manage Sandbox environment

• Help manage other platforms and tools integration

• Provide full support for the Technical Ad Operations Team

• Support all Platforms utilized by the Tech Ops Team

Experience

• 4+ years of System Administrator experience with Order Management System (OMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

• Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance

• Experience using bug/project management tools (preferably JIRA)

• Experience in developing processes and creating end-user documentation

• Comfortable leading training sessions about the Order Management System platform and backend

• Excellent communications skills and collaborates well with cross-functional teams

• Experience or knowledge of Google Ad Manager Ad Server

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related professional experience

• Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience is a plus
