Job Description
  • Assists with prioritizing development requests.
  • Provides input to Program Managers.
  • Delegates project assignments to others.
  • Ensures appropriate implementation of the methodology.
  • Performs the highest level of analysis and is a consultant for other Systems Analysts.
  • Performs complex design analysis, researches alternative approaches, and performs cost/benefit/risk analysis.


Required skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and support processes and following / authoring Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs)
  • Experience with database technologies hands-on experience in Azure Data Explorer / KQL is a must
  • Knowledge of at least one scripting language
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated history of success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
  • Knowledge of the ETL process
  • Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data-driven decisions
  • Experience with at least one Business Intelligence / Data Visualization tool, such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • 5-7 years of applicable experience
