As a Training Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Training Manager. In this role, you will collaborate across the organization to assist in the development of training curriculum and deliver company-wide training and development programs. To be effective in this role, you must have a passion for learning and promote a culture of learning in the organization. Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and strong organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential.
Requirements
What You Will Be Doing
  • Providing guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.
  • Assisting with the development of new training programs to address any gaps in current training offerings and support the professional development of our employees.
  • Develop a monitoring system to ensure all employees are performing job responsibilities according to the training plan.
  • Ensuring that training milestones are met, and all training materials are up-to-date.
  • Encourage engagement to ensure employees are participating in the sessions.
  • Serve as a mentor, coach, and ready resource.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Assisting with the review and enhancement of existing training programs to ensure they meet the needs of our employees and the organization as a whole.
  • Creating engaging training content that incorporates adult learning principles, interactive activities, and multimedia elements.
  • Foster a culture of learning and stress the importance of a growth mindset.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop training programs that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Uphold best practices and corporate principles for training.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and reports.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.
