The Program Specialist

• They will tactically execute on key programs to increase awareness and engagement with both patients and HCPs to drive consideration and adoption of Heart Failure solutions.
• Activities include customer educational visits, national, regional and all other training programs in collaboration with Marketing, Clinical, Sales, and the broader HF Education Team.
• This individual will be responsible for supporting Heart Failure educational priorities.
• Skills in planning, organization, communication, and execution of customer programs is essential.
• Medical Education has primary responsibility to support the coordination of educational activities for customers and other external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take initiative and use independent judgment to execute meeting logistics on time and within budget.
• Implement short and long-term plans to ensure educational activities and programs are in place to meet business objectives and ensure alignment and coordination with appropriate functional partners.
• Coordinate and execute effective education programs to drive market growth and adoption of assigned products with both patients and HCPs.
• Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Implement and monitor effectiveness of educational activities and programs.
