Position Information:

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day needs of the product portfolio in

terms of existing and new launch sampling, gift with purchase and premium item developments

ensuring alignment with company goals. This role will assist in the execution of all strategic

efforts across samples, sets, gift with purchase and premiums. The ideal candidate is a

passionate, proactive, energetic team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and creative

skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day actions and follow-ups with suppliers (i.e., shipping guidelines, purchase order entry, email summary)
• Maintain sample, set, GWP, premium tracker.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Initiate item request forms for all brand and trade marketing
• Assist in sample inventory analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports.
• Maintain an inventory of trade materials and ensure all resources are accurate and current, while coordinating new creations as needed
• Maintain product closet for trade marketing.
• Assist in preparation of informative, impactful, and creative presentations.

Position Qualifications:

• Ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Relevant marketing experience is preferred.
