Territory Manager - Portland, OR
Benefits/Compensation
Salary range is $80k-$120k, includes first year OTE.
In addition, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.

About The Team
This is a fully remote position with extensive traveling. Familiarity selling to physicians in private, group, and hospital settings is a plus. High preference for someone with copier sales experience (Pacific Office Automation, Konica Minolta, or Xerox). This position reports to the Sr. Area Sales Manager.
In This Role, You Will
  • Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations. Develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
  • Assist with post-sale customer issues.
  • Work with Field Service and company staff.
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales. Perform marketing research and manage territory.
  • Support in-service training and subsequent training.
Position Requirements
Essential Requirements
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • B2B sales experience plus capital equipment sales experience preferred.
  • Has a positive attitude, is self-motivated and committed to developing quality customer experiences.
  • Self-disciplined and organized. Honest, coachable, and a team player.
  • Has excellent prospecting and territory management abilities and superior prospecting, selling, and closing expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Science degree highly desired.
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • Effective communicator and an active listener.
  • Two plus years of direct medical laser sales experience preferred.
  • The ability to set and exceed quotas consistently. The ability to generate quality leads consistently.
  • Commitment to high performance with outstanding results.
