Job Description
Position Summary


Wholesale Intake Specialists play a critical role in Kaleafa’s operations. They are essential in keeping company stores’ inventory stocked with a diverse selection of products. Before any product becomes available to the customer, an Intake Specialist accepts and processes the product, creates labels, and prepares the product for dispatch to a retail location. Intake Specialist associates must be attentive to detail and proficient computer users. The ideal candidate should be a team player, organized, focused, and display integrity in all aspects of employment.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Create accurate labels for products and display jars using computer software
  • Assist in correcting inaccuracies in inventory tracking systems
  • Work with others to keep all areas clean, organized, and compliant to ensure an effective, efficient and safe workflow
  • Comply with all OLCC guidelines
  • Transfer products through inventory tracking systems
  • Ensure each product is weighed, counted, and labeled according to inventory tracking systems
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Process products in a timely and organized fashion.
  • Intake and organize products on digital and physical inventories

The Intake Specialists position requires the ability to process data and merchandise through computer and web browser software; the ability to communicate with associates and guests; the ability to read, count and write accurately to complete all documentation. The ability to freely access all areas of the store including the sales floor, stock area, safe and register area. The position further requires the ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing up to 50 pounds.
