Maintenance Technician (Se Portland)

Income Property Management is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician for the affordable 63-unit apartment community of Garden Park Estates Apartments in SE Portland. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing basic maintenance duties including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting as instructed by the property manager.
Location: Garden Park Estates Apartments (SE Portland, OR)
Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hours a week
Additional Compensation: $50.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement
