Responsibilities
The Technical Support Engineer learns the cattle management software and performs the following functions:
● Interfaces with the users of the software to understand their needs.
● Trains the users on how to use the software
● Takes phone calls, texts, and emails from users of the software to answer their questions on how to use the software
● As needed, visits the users of the software on site at the feedlot or on a Zoom call.
● Submits issues to the software development team for code fixes.
● Meet and collaborate with our software development team in Meridian and as needed based on project requirements.
Skills
● Bilingual – fluent in Spanish and English.
● Ability to listen and learn.
● Clear, kind, and candid communication.
